Born from a lifelong passion for the bold, smoky flavors of Sichuan street stalls and the delicate artistry of Cantonese dim sum, Michson's Golden Dragon began as a dream scribbled on a napkin — and a refusal to settle for ordinary.
What started as late-night pop-ups in downtown parking lots quickly became the city's worst-kept secret. Our custom-built truck, with its signature crimson-and-gold livery, now rolls through neighborhoods daily — bringing hand-pulled noodles, blazing wok hei, and pillowy bao to anyone hungry enough to follow the smoke.
Every ingredient is sourced fresh. Every sauce is made from scratch. Every dish is cooked to order over roaring flames. This isn't fast food — it's fire food.
